Katie Grover, CSW

Immediate Past Chair of the Board
Katherine Marsh Grover served on the Ms. Foundation Board of Directors from 2001 to 2010. She was chair of the board of directors and of the Board Governance Committee; a member of the Ms. Foundation for Women Diversity Committee and of the Presidential Review Committee; and served as chair of the latter. Ms. Grover represented the board on Foundation-wide initiatives to develop and implement the Strategic Diversity Management Policy.

Before becoming the mother of twins, a boy and a girl, Ms. Grover was a vice president and stockbroker with Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette.

Ms. Grover previously served on the board of the Wellesley College Centers for Women (formerly the Center for Research on Women and the Stone Center) and is currently on the board of Save the Children’s Council on Children in Emergencies and Crisis. She is also president of Wellspring Development Foundation, which supports development work in Tibet.

Ms. Grover received her bachelor’s degree in History and Psychology from Wellesley College and a master’s degree in social work from New York University.

Ms. Grover lives in Greenwich, Conn., with husband Michael Campbell and their two children.
