Lulu manages operations and supports the human resources efforts at the Ms. Foundation to ensure an efficient, safe and productive work environment where staff can achieve success and do their best work.

Previously she worked at Teach For America recruiting recent college graduates to join the movement for equal access to quality education. She earned her BA from University of Texas at Austin.
